CG van den Berg & Zn wins exportaward with Hyacinthus ‘Fairy White’// 03 March 2008

On the export meeting of the Lentetuin Breezand C.G. van den Berg & Zn has received the first Anthos Export award.

Henk Westerhof, chairman of Anthos, handed over the award on the annual meeting with contributors of the Lentetuin and buyers of the members of Anthos.

The meeting was being organized to promote the understanding between growers and traders and to stimulate direct trade contracts.

The jury, existing of representatives from the export companies, has selected the winning cultivar – a pure white Hyacinth ‘Fairy White’ on specific abilities that offer possibilities for the export.
